Comments
Comments: Hot and humid down low helping monorail retreat, first seen at 3000', patchy up to about 4000' on Spur tr, managed to bareboot up to Craig Camp, could put on microspikes at the .25mi FPA sign below. Steady, deep and very solid monorail up to about .1mi above treeline, where it became mostly rock w/a few minor snowfields remaining. Baredbooted over Adams and Madison and put spikes back on at the top of Valley Way. The monorail is 3' deep in places and extremely narrow and chewed up with a few unstable sections which became patchy @3500' and ended @3100' (Watson Path crossing). I saw a couple people who immense "fun" w/not having any traction.
