| Comments: |
It ended up being a nicer than expected day to hike weather wise! We only hiked to the upper-most ledges on Mt. Roberts and didn't go to the summit (we did that a couple years ago). If you want a hike that gives a complete view of Lake Winnipesaukee and surrounding peaks (without any extreme crowding), then look no further than Mt. Roberts.
There were plenty of people out today, but no issues with social distancing. The only real downer was that the black flies are here, but they weren't harassing us enough to whip out bug spray. In a week or so they will be nasty-so beware. |
