| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Old Troy Road, the gravel road is in good condition. Dublin Trailhead parking area very full and over flowing and we fed the Iron Ranger $10 but I am doubting that many people bothered to do it because the if you didn't know to do it you'd probably miss the sign. At M-S Greenway crossing at Rte 101 we were the only car in the morning but when we got back there were four others! We only passed by one couple so the others must have headed north. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Rock hop-able and right before hitting Route 101 two mounted rims serve as a bridge ha ha |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Excellent, well blazed and good signs (If they would only do this on Lafayette Ridge so many less people would get misplaced). On step-over blow down between Dublin Trailhead and Old Marlborough Road--otherwise all clear. Thank you trail maintainers.

Dublin Trail, Monadnock-Sunapee-Greenway- Section 1
Gosh Pumpelly Trail had at least 20 cars parked along the edge of the road before 9 am and most all were from other states. People out playing golf at the CC. We were early enough to get a parking space in the Dublin Trail parking lot just barely. We passed a lot of people along the trail. Trail was pretty wet but ledgy places were dry, what you'd expect. The summit wasn't crowded it appeared that most just came and went, it was windy and chilly but the views were excellent. We didn't linger either and walked over the top and headed back down. Passed by some friends on the way down. We stopped to eat our sandwiches and they came by us again and then we passed by them, good fun. Lots and lots of people out, everyone was nice. Saw a few people hiking in masks? It was fun to hike the Greenway Nobo, forest is pretty but few wildflowers are out, just a couple painted Trillium. Hiking to Route 101 felt like it was downhill all the way, a couple of small uphills yet it was easy and comfortable walking. Passed by a beaver dam just before getting to Route 101. Section hiking is going to be a fun project for us. |
