Hiking early this morning with my wife. West side of mountain windy and cold as was the summit. Minimal mud with some wet granite due to yesterdays thunderstorms .Met about 10-15 people on the trail, most maintained social distancing but we were the only ones masked. No insects, probably due to the high wind. Descent along the Marion Davis trail was warmer and less windy. Nice morning outing. |
