Comments
Comments: Good hike today, was alone for almost 3-4 hours before I saw another two hikers. The hike up to Roberts is pretty dry with some still water here and there, as soon as you get up above 2,000 feet of elevation, there is some really slick ice and snow with postholes. I had to use microspikes most of the peak and then took them off and put them on again. I continued along the Ridge Trail for a while but turned around because there was too much water and the postholes became unfrozen in the afternoon which made the hike tougher.
