Downes Brook is completely frozen over. No issues walking across. |

Trail is in great shape, but there is one large pine (a blazed tree) that is leaning pretty precariously over the trail about a mile in. |

Great trail for dogs, but didn’t see any. |

Not even any snow fleas. |

Great winter hike. I used spikes, but I saw others bare booting. Little, if any, post holes. |
