Comments
Comments: i briefly walked along the unplowed extension of rowe mountain road which had seen numerous snowshoes and boots then turned right onto another well travelled road heading uphill. i pretty quickly left the road on a bearing towards the summit. moderate breaking in fairly supportive snow down low which became more difficult higher up with a light breakable crust and sinking 6-8+". along the way down low i crossed another well travelled trail from points unknown. woods were generally open with a bit of weaving through evergreens just below the summit. two possible highpoints one of which is recognized. i returned in my tracks.
