| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Had to park on High Street. Logging was in progress and parking on Long Pond (gated) would have blocked access. Long Pond road is in really great shape. |

| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
None of note. Some standing water/ice on the trail. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A knockdown about 1/2 mile in on the logging road, otherwise trail is in great shape. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Didn’t see any, but this would be a good trail for dogs just starting out. |

| Comments: |
An easy winter hike. Trail was packed down for the most part. Used spikes, but probably not necessary. The boulder marking the right turn to the summit is quite prominent and easily spotted since it kind of looks out of place |
