Comments
Comments: the trail was well travelled with a thin layer of wet and often slushy snow over bare ground. this was pretty much the story all the way with no ice of note on the ledges only bare ledge and sloppy snow. i had carried snowshoes on my pack so used them for part of the ascent, but switched to microspikes coming down which was much more practical.
