Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of spaces at the Highland center.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable) 
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No problems  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns. Some climb overs. Some crawl unders. A couple of them I had to get down on my knees to get by.

Dog-Related Notes: No Dogs ! !

Bugs:  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a glove on the A-Z trail. Found it’s owner a few minutes later.

Comments: Avalon Trail-->AZ Trail-->Tom Spur-->Willey Range-->Avalon Trail

Spikes were fine all the way to Mt. Tom. Snowshoes are best all the way to Willey from there.
