Snowshoed earlier this week up Gregg Trail to Mt. Monadnock observation deck. Multiple people followed he trail on snowshoes so snow was nicely packed down. Had to break trail from overlook all the way to Shannon/trailhead. Then continued 0.25 miles beyond not quite up to junction with Bennington trail. Was taking more time/effort than anticipated so turned back. Will return later this week to extend it further. Beautiful morning! |
