Comments
Comments: WD never disappoints. Gorgeous views. Trail comments -- The recent rains have put more water on WD than I ever knew there could be, result was a few step across streams and some walking in/around water on the trail. The oak leaves have fallen and this makes the decent from Dickey bit slippery once you leave the ledges. There is also the beginnings of ice in some places so up on the ledges the rock is wet you need to discern what is wet and what is black ice. This was more so coming down the Dickey ledges as that seems to be the shadier side of the mountain.
