Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in good shape with fall foliage in peak form. Trail has not yet been covered with fallen leaves, but that will likely change by next weekend. While there are hardly any blazes, trail was quite easy to follow with well-defined rock / boulder path from trailhead to summit.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Most dogs shouldn't have much problem up to summit of Osceola. Terrain changes dramatically after Osceola to East Osceola and chimney may pose problems for inexperienced hiking dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: none
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Red-framed reading glasses placed on a rock about a mile or so in from the trailhead. Brought them out and placed on the trailhead kiosk.

Comments
Comments: Nice brisk fall hike with obstructed views along the upper portions of the trail to nearby vibrant mountain sides. Unfortunately, the summit was clouded in with limited views. A lot of rock-hopping on this trail but terrain was mostly dry except final (muddy) approach immediately below summit. Tilted rock slabs on upper portion of trail could be tricky if wet / icy.
