Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Room for about 5 cars at the designated parking area just after you bear right after entering the campground. Then walk a little bit up the campground road to find the trailhead. It's easy to find.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: Three near the bottom, but they were all very small and easy.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail was easy to follow. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Dogs should be comfortable on smooth rock ledges, but besides that, they should be fine. 
Bugs
Bugs: Only a few, and they were not bothersome. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nada. 
 
Comments
Comments: This is a nice, fairly easy loop that is good for beginner and novice hikers. It took us three hours, including some stopping to look at the views. Foliage was pretty much peak. We only saw a few other hikers on the trail despite the holiday weekend.
