Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We parked on Hammond Hallow Road in Gilsum in a grassy area next to the pond. We spoke with some locals who told us about this parking and access. There is a blue blaze at the trail start. Two posted roads leave nearby, which the locals warned not to block. Enough room for two or three cars.

Comments
Comments: We followed the blueblazed trail, which took us up onto the ridge near Lily pond, which has a spur trail and a trail around it. We took a trail north towards the peak until it was no longer directionaly useful and then we bushwhacked in very pleasant woods to the recognized highpoint of the main peak. We bushwhacked to the pond, reaching the ridge trail and using it to make some headway before bushwhacking to the recognized highpoint of the south peak. We returned to the pond and took the blue-blazzed trail down.
