Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Unfortunately one. Soon into the Zealand Trail a dark German Shepherd with an orange vest on approaches aggressively barking and showing teeth, forcing me to stop and wait for the owners to catch-up. The couple who were it’s owners do not have it under voice control. No apology offered (that i recall) and they actually took exception to my facial expression showing that I was p/o’d. Their excuse was that they “live up there”. So, if you see this dog and couple it would be good to respectfully ask them to control their dog. They might think it’s “friendly” but when it’s barking aggressively in your face it doesn’t feel that way- and that is just not cool.
