Only two water crossings, both very easy. The first is right as the trail starts, and the second about halfway in. |

The trail is blazed yellow. |

| Bugs: |
Although many bugs were visible on the summit, they didn't bother anyone. Bugs all the way up were negligible, and spray was not necessary. |

| Comments: |
The fallen leaves made the trail a little hard to see at times in the first half of the hike, but that was the only real difficulty. The trail is in great shape (thank you, rock stairs) and was a perfect setting for a fall climb. |
