| Comments: |
The Daniel Doan trail was a pleasant road walk followed by a steep direct ascent. It was a tad moist but not too sloppy. No difficult scrambles-safely doable with a toddler on the back if you are into suffering. I wouldn't care to descend it, however, if possible. Margaret and Fin had a grand time redlining with the old men. They stayed grounded while we took turns climbing the fire tower, which had some nice views. Don't slam your head into the trap door on the way up, like this idiot did. |
