| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
First car to have to park on side of road at 8:45; several more when leaving at 7:00. The paved section of Zealand Road is in rough shape; reminded me of Dolly Copp or Tripoli Road. Once it turns to dirt road is fine. |

Lots buzzing around but no bites. Bee like insects swarming West Bond; never been stung by one but they make me nervous. |

| Comments: |
As good as it gets weather wise. Lots of hikers out but never felt crowded. Dry conditions made for lots of enjoyable hiking. Go hike somewhere tomorrow!! Nice ending to day being able to help out 4 hikers with lift back to Highland Center. |
