Hutmen's trail steeper than we remembered...overgrown and fairly flat for the first section until just past the trail junction from the cabin. Then straight up we went! At about 1550', we started our bushwhack. Easy crossing of the dry stream bed then up moderately through fairly clean woods followed by a short, steep rocky section and finally a moderate then easy climb to the jar. Came back the same way for the most part. |
