Comments: My first Presi Traverse. Thanks to Dave for the car spot and company, awesome day. Finally decided to go south to north after it seemed thunder wasn't forecast until that night. Fantastic(if grueling)hike, weather was great until the very end. Webster Cliff Trail is a good example of how you don't have to hike a 4k to get a physical climb, it's legit tough, even if you only go to the ledges. Quite a bit of mud between Webster and Pierce, although most bridged or easily avoidable. Summit of Washington was a bigger zoo than I've ever seen it, other than that it was a relatively quiet day on the trails. Clouds rolled in and out all day, providing awesome landscapes that constantly changed. Rain held off until descent, which was admittedly sketchy thanks to the dark and the soaking wet trail(wet rocks are no one's friend). Just a fantastic day, and the reason I hike. Three years ago me would never have believed I could make this kind of physical hike. Best addiction ever.
