| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking for maybe a dozen vehicles at the trailhead at the end of New Portsmouth Road, a well-maintained dirt road in Middleton. I had it to myself today. |
|

Dry Trail |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Branch River is bridged. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
All in great shape, with good signs and blazes. There is useful map at the trailhead kiosk which is worth photoing. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |

| Bugs: |
A few mosquitoes in the lot when I arrived. Fewer, to my surprise, when I got back, even though it was warmer. Hardly any on the trails. |

| Comments: |
The SPNHF has done a great job with the trails on this mellow property. Phoebes Nabel and Beauty Ledge both provide exercise with short but steepish trails to good view ledges, while Old Burrows Farm Trail evokes the ghosts of 19th Century rural New Hampshire. |
