| Comments: |
The objective of this redlining hike was the five trails running from the Hello Rock to Bald Rock ridge. I went down Hello Rock, up Pt. Surprise, along Cliff Walk and down Thoreau, up Do Drop, down Nobile and then 'whacked up the drainage just north of Nobile where Hedgehog was before abandonment. Picked up the old trail at about 2400 ft. It was in great shape all the way to the summit rocks. Saw a live orange Monadnock salamander on the Parker Trail in the a.m., as well. |
