Afternoon quickie to a nice lower peak. Trail is mostly dry and wet with a little mud near the top.
When I got to the summit there were maybe 10 or so folks already there but when I woke from my nap there were only two others. The south outlook is always good but the view east toward the Franconia Ridge is grown in. There is one spot where Liberty and Flume are visible but that view is bisected by the top of a tree. I imagine it won't be much longer until that is grown in also. |
