I was about the 12th person or so this morning at 7:30. When I left at 1 the cars were parked until 1/10th from the gate. :O
Road is a bit pot-holed. Go slow. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Couple of dogs on the trails today. All well behaved, as were the owners. Except for that one. |
|
| Bugs: |
Used no bug spray, bit bothersome on the summit despite the cooling breeze but otherwise really not a problem. |
|
| Lost and Found: |
One boot - not found by me - upturned on a stump. Think it's Cheryl Strayed's. D |

| Comments: |
Great hike. Had both the ascent and descent to myself - passed by a couple groups of teens/twenty-somethings on the way up, had the downhill to myself (though I stepped off countless times to let those hiking up have the right-of-way).
Took me 2.5 hours up, 2 down. |
