Water Crossing Notes: Small water crossing on Black Cap Connector as you near the junction of Peaked Mtn Tr
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Loads of leaves, 1 blowdown on Black Cap Connector - avoidable and has been there for at least a season it looks like. One of the bog bridges on Pudding Pond needs to be replaced & extended - one of the boards is floating but it helped ford over a massive puddle that otherwise would've been a complete shoe soaker.

Bugs
Bugs: SO MANY. Barely stopped since I was getting swarmed. Got about a dozen bites through my leggings on Black Cap Connector.

Comments
Comments: Chill hike. Passed 3 MTB on my descent of Cranmore. Did the "alternative loop" to summit Black Cap, saw folks at the summit and the descent of the ledges. But then no one until I hit the junction for the trail & pump track near the kiosk. No one on pudding pond, did hear 1-2 MTB on the walk out.
