Comments
Comments: This was an awesome 10+ mile loop hike from Wood Rd/Bickford Rd out to Round Pond, up and over Suncook Mt, Piper Mountain, Gunstock and back over Belknap. A beautiful walk with approx 2600 ft of climbing. Suncook Mt is a fun bushwhack off of the piper/round pond link. There's quite a bit of old and newer survey tape marking different routes to the summit - from my previous few experiences on this hill, the orange tape takes you through swampy areas while the pink tape brings you quickly to the summit. Summit is viewless (tree covered) but marked with a sign. elev is approx 1850 ft.
