Long Pond Road still closed. Very little parking at the gate. |

|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
The only significant one was on Town Line Trail which most people don't take for Blueberry Mountain. We just walked through and got our feet wet- hard to find enough stepping stones across to avoid wet feet. It was about 8 inches deep in the shallow areas across. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Several people did not clean up after their dogs unfortunately |
|
| Bugs: |
Yes- miserable black flies- bring your bug net. Tons of ticks at lower elevation. One of us had about 10 in 1/4 mile. |

| Comments: |
Beautiful day for a hike. We did the whole trail from west to east and then down Town Line which was surprisingly delightful with a pretty little water fall area. Best place for lunch is ledges just below the summit on the eastern side- great view of Moosilauke. |
