I barebooted and do not plan to bring any traction for this trail again this season unless we get more winter weather. That said, some may be more comfortable bringing spikes, as the top half mile or so has fairly consistent ice/monorail. Upcoming weather may take out a lot of that. Still consistent snow cover up high. Otherwise, the majority of the sun-exposed trail is snow free and mostly dry.
No flowers yet, but trailing arbutus look to be fairly close. |
