Well i was the first one it seemed to get out around 7:20. I had to be into work so I made it an early day. I did not expect it to be 2 degrees when I started though. I wore snowshoes up but definitely was not needed. I like the heel Lifts for the uphill so I opted for that on almost concrete like packed trail. Right before the junction with Pierce, someone made a go for the peak there. I continued on and saw the drift and high snow to make the trail look like you could slide off to your left. From the junction. I headed to Eisenhower, still no need for snowshoes but I had thrm on. I took them off when I got to the junction with the eisenhower loop trail. I had the summkt to my self with bare rocks. It was greart! Almost back to Pierce was when I saw my first human hahaah. At 11! In the morning! Pierce has a 360 view right now. And i thrn headed back down. |
