As mentioned above, got to the trailhead around 10:15am and there was plenty of parking on the right just before the gated roadway. Lot was plowed. You will have to walk through the gate and just down the road to the left to get to the trail. It is marked with signs along the way. We used snowshoes the entire duration of this hike up and down. The snow was soft and while it was mostly packed, it was not super solid. We saw people in snowshoes, spikes, and bareboots. There were areas on the trail towards the summit that seemed to be receiving less traffic. About 10-12 people out enjoying the day today. |
