Comments
Comments: Gorgeous day for a trip up Welch Dicky. A couple inches of fresh powder with a light crust but hard packed monorail underneath. Minor drifting to a foot deep on some ledges and on the ridge but spikes were sufficient. Snowshoes went for a ride. With more melting/freezing I'd expect things to get icy and crampons may be a good idea on some of the ledges. My first time on this pair of peaks but I'll certainly return.
