Parking/Access Road Notes: The Spencer Smith trail parking is plowed. The Link trail pull off (about .1 down the hill), is not plowed. People have pulled in there, but they had a high clearance truck, so the snow in the middle of the wheel tracks is still high.

Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Took out some blowdowns, including a pair of 9-10" diameter stepovers, with my little saw (using a sturdy cut off limb as an 8' crowbar, for leverage).

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Pair of green and black striped knitted mittens hanging on the info stand just up the trail a bit.

Comments
Comments: Maybe 8" of snow cover, footbed is largely open, with some areas deep in frozen leaves. Snowshoes would be really tough to use; it was hard enough keeping my spikes in snow on the sides of the trail, and I later pulled them off and carefully bare booted it.
