Drove in on Coarser Brook Rd, Greenough Pond Rd, and Roaring Brook Rd - Maybe 1 mile beyond the last camp on RBR and had to stop because of a blowdown. This road is only passable with 4-wheel drive and high clearance and very little places to turn around. |

| Comments: |
Repport is for both mountains. The whacks from the road were pretty straight forward. Set the bearing and go. Quite a few old clear-cut/skidder tracks to follow which made going slightly better than "stick-in-your-eyes" pencil-pine situations. These 'tracks' will be rapidly filling in with nature reclaiming it's territory. Both recognized summits were right where we expected them to be based on prior research on our maps. These marked our 197 and 198 of NH200 for both Gordon and I. |
