The parking lot was full very early, with dozens of cars parked alongside the road. |

All were able to be rock hopped, some with care. |

Blazes up South Baldface are very faded |

Saw a couple on this trail. Both made it up the ledges of South Baldface. |

Some atop South Baldface. |

| Comments: |
We went up South Baldface, over to North Baldface, and then over to Eagle Crag. Best hike in the Whites! Notwithstanding very faded blazes up the ledges of South Baldface, when the route was not immediately evident, we were able to follow the scarring on the rock from trekking poles. |
