Comments
Comments: We did the hike as a loop and also stopped at the hut. We saw several thru hikers. It was quite busy at the top of the wildcat chair lift. We had the watch tower to ourselves. It was a beautiful day out. There were some sections that were steeper than I expected, but we did it. At one point on the wildcat ridge trail three people headed down off trail to the right. It looks like others had done this before. They backtracked after we realized that you need to continue straight over a rock before the trail bends to the right.
