| Comments: |
This was a 3 hour going home hike after the previous day's 12 plus miler. Upper section of the Lonesome Lake trail requires some boulder navigation. The .2 miles on the Kinsman Ridge Trail is steep with a couple scrambles. The summit, i.e. highest point is on a small ledge on the right side of the trail just past a tent site. No cairn there. There is a cairn farther down marking a limited view point but this is lower than the small ledge mentioned. |
