Comments
Comments: Wonderful weather and brilliant skies for this classic loop. We went counter clockwise going up Welch first. Trail was mixed dry, wet, muddy, running water. Most mud was avoidable. Ledges were mostly dry with an occasional seep running a bit. Wet spots on the ledge were slippery. We made the short whack over to the Northern View ledge, the best views on this loop. Well worth the short side trip. Waterbars are loaded with leaves and there are plenty of blowdowns to keep the adopter busy for a while.
