| Comments: |
Really enjoyable hike. Good deal of both standing water and running water/mud on the trail - at times it very easy to traverse by dry rock-hopping, but count on your feet getting wet and/or muddy. Only minor evidence of snow in places where the sun doesn't reach. No traction needed BUT the water melt running across flat rock slab inclines can be very slippery in places - I scrambled using hands and feet in a couple spots. Yellow blazes at top can be hard to see at times; cairns are very helpful in open areas. Lower down, trail is very easy to follow and well demarcated. |
