| Comments: |
Went up Piper trail to Piper summit. Broke trail from Piper to Belknap, then turned around and headed back to junction of Old Piper (Orange) and White trail and descended to Carriage road on White trail, then walked the road back to our cars.
***Note that as we were leaving, a strange guy (non-hiker) in a red Hyundai sedan drove up to the Carriage road gate and started asking strange questions and making odd comments. I suspect he was either scoping the place out or ready to break into cars and didn’t expect to see people out there. |
