Comments
Comments: Mount Roberts trail was very dry due to the lack of rain, causing loose rocks to mingle in the leaves. The ledges and viewpoints were dry and offered excellent views of the Belknap Range, Red Hill along with the rest of the Ossipees. High Ridge Trail was leafy but in good shape; access road to the true summit was also in good shape. A little bear activity below the trail past the access road, but otherwise quiet. The Faraway mountain trail is very leafy in spots and offers a jarring reminder every so often to lift your feet a little more!

Definitely at the tail end of foliage, some full colors still on display but many trees have already dropped their leaves.
