My first time on Downes Brook Trail. I was solo and if water levels were high I would have turned around. Guide book states 10 crossings of the brook. Water is fast flowing and if high I am sure crossings can be dangerous. Some areas of trail are going to soon be obscurred by overgrowth if not maintained by forest service. |
