There are a couple of mittens hanging on a tree right at the trailhead. |

| Comments: |
A short walk just to get out. Both trails are packed solid, I wore spikes round-trip. Some minor areas of ice under the snow, which is not very deep. Also some areas of bare ground. Good views from the fire tower with just a little bit of wind.
