Lost and Found
Lost and Found: I left a pair of EMS gloves with liners at the Nineteen Mile-Carter Dome jct. Hikers coming out said they had put them on sign but I took the trip back up and found nothing so I believe they ended up going up to Carter Notch Hut. Stopped at Pinkham; hopefully will reunite. Comments
Comments: I used microsikes from car to ski trails then snowshoes. Nineteen Mile solidly packed minimal snow with some icy sections. Microspikes worked fine. Wildcat Ridge had 8-12" which got packed down by about a dozen hikers by the sounds. Ice not an issue currently. With coming snow WRT will be a nice snowshoe. Thanks to Old Man and the Saw for a ride back to Nineteen Mile and nice hiking with Jeb and Karen later in day.
