Comments
Comments: The river crossing was challenging due to icy rocks and a big jump (for me), but the trail after that was in good condition. There was some snow, some ice and great views. We used microspikes in a couple spots going up Wildcat Ridge Trail, the majority of the way down into Carter Notch and about halfway down 19-mile Brook Trail. Wildcat Ski Resort was making snow near the top of the ridge! Spent about 30 minutes on the platform eating lunch with barely any wind.
