Parker Mountain is the highpoint for the town of Strafford. Nice trail with some view ledges just about a quarter mile up the trail. I visited every herd path in a unsuccessful search for the plane crash site. No vista from the summit but there is a swell tall rock cairn on top. I went over the summit but have since learned I didn't go far enough to more view ledges, I understand these are almost a mile further from summit. Red blazes mark the way and there is a trailhead sign way high up in a tree and a short distance up the trail there is a kiosk with a map. The map can be found on the town website too.
