Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at Pinkham which is always open. Caught a ride at the parking lot at the Nineteen trailhead where there was plenty of parking.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Wet/Slippery Rock, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Leaves - Significant/Slippery
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Light Traction, Traction
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: We began with Lost Pond Trail because we were told at Pinkham that the crossing at the beginning of Wildcat Ridge Trail was nearly impassable, though we did not see it for ourselves.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail looks great. No major blowdowns. Occasional running water Nineteen, but easily sidestepped.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I can't image a small dog making it up Wildcat Ridge Trail - too icy. Even a large pooch would have issues.
Bugs
Bugs: Dead. The whole lot of 'em.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a sole black, liner-style, EMS brand glove on Nineteen. Brought it to the trailhead and left it on the parking fee box.

Comments
Comments: Lost Pond Trail to Wildcat Ridge Trail in, Nineteen Mile Brook Trail out.

Wildcat Ridge Trail was extremely icy on the steep climb the last 1/4 mile. Nineteen also had some significant ice on the upper portion.
