A beautiful weekend to hike. I went to the top of Norcross Pond, set up my tent, and did the summit hike. No trouble finding or staying on summit trail. Spent a lovely cool night in one of the sites a few hundred yards from the pond. Woke up in the morning to find my tent covered with 3/4 inch of snow! So beautiful hiking back through that. Brought microspikes and did not need them, but would not have gone without them. |
