Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All easily crossable, although unless you are an exceptional rock hopper, you will get your feet wet.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: As expected, the trails leading to the Carter-Moriah Ridge from the less travelled Wild River side are in need of some maintenance. Quite a few blowdowns and rotten bog bridging. Very overgrown in places as well.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I had to help Madison out in a few places with the steep climb up to North Carter.
Bugs
Bugs: They weren't bad until very late in the day.

Comments
Comments: The Wild River Trail between the Rainbow Trail Junction and the Eagle Link Trail Junction is a muddy mess. Considering we have had a fairly dry summer, I can only imagine what it would be during a wet summer.
