| Comments: |
Although I only noticed a single blaze the trail is completely obvious. This morning the rocks along the way were wet and very slick: you can avoid most of them but a handful you can't. I noticed herd paths developing which go around a couple of these areas.
I'd like to thank the sun for accompanying me for most of the hike. I didn't see anyone on the way up and had the summit all to myself. Low valley clouds with a mix of blue skies and high filter clouds made for some cool pics. One the way down I counted 16 others ascending. As I closed my car door to leave the lot some light sprinkles started to come down - which became a complete downpour as I approached Route 25.
